My Get Fit in 30 Days program is designed to be done anywhere at any time with absolutely no equipment. I created it to be manageable, fun, and equally as good for your brain as it is for your body.

We’re going to spend the next 30 days becoming fitter, healthier versions of ourselves. Inside and out. Look at us. Who woulda thought?

Are you a doctor or my mother?

No, I’m not, and I’m so glad you frequently asked. Before you begin this (or any other) fitness program, please consult your doctor to see if it’s right for you. Check out my website disclaimer here.

How will my body change in 30 days?

Here’s the thing. Everyone is different. I think it’s fair to say that no two bodies are the same. So, the results from this (and any other) program will vary from person to person. What I can say is that these are the exercises and healthy habits that I follow in my daily life, and I’m excited to share them with anyone who wants to join me.

What if I’m too sore or sick to do one of the daily workouts?

Just like that Hamilton song once said: take a break. Listen to what your body needs. If you’re sore, sick, or on the first day of your cycle, take it easy. Feel free to skip that workout entirely and do a new one when you’re ready. If you’re sore, you might want to gently stretch or run through the 30-minute recovery workout on my channel if you that’s what you need. The bottom line is: take care of yourself.

How does the program work?

Every day, I’ll email you that day’s workout playlist. (You’ll receive each e-mail at the time of day that you originally signed up.) You can do the workout at any point throughout the day, but I recommend doing every video within the same timeframe, so you’re nice and warmed up throughout all of it. Each week, I’ll also send you a new healthy habit to follow (if you and your doctor think it’s right for you). You’ll build on those healthy habits, so by the end of the program, you’ll have four new, healthy habits in your everyday life. Nice.

What happens when the program ends?

That’s up to you, pal. If you want to keep up with the same exercise schedule, you can go back through your emails and do the daily workouts all over again. You can build your own daily workouts using the videos on my (or someone else’s) channel. You can take up jogging or take a break instead. It’s totally up to you. As for the healthy habits, I think moderation and grace are really important. So, after these 30 days are over, instead of eating clean 100% of the time, I hope you enjoy what you like in moderation, but continue to have clean meals when you can.

What if I miss a day?

Skip it! Start a new workout the next day. You can always go back and do it at the end if you wanna.
